Event Summary
White Scars are considered the masters of hit-and-run attacks. They take full advantage of their exceptional mobility to harass and weaken the enemy forces, and then hit the foe with a full lightning strike at the most opportune time.
Skill: Avenging Pursuit
Increase the Attack of your Army by 10% for 1 hour. Track the position of the Battle Barge owned by the player who attacked you most recently, or the player who launched the Rally Attack. Obtain the coordinates of their Battle Barge.

Pvp wise they are outmatched by defensive builds but not bad.
